Nothing wrong with vitamins, the rest comes from hard work. There are no shortcuts.

I have a pile of deficiencies, maybe due to the asthma medication I'm taking and thus I'm supplementing what I cannot get enough from food. B12 and iron, and certainly D3. I also take magnesium as I otherwise get cramps and hurting back muscles regularly.

I occasionally take a multivitamin, but I wouldn't go so far as to take supplements or diet pills. People mix diet pills, herbal supplements and/or vitamins without understanding the science behind it. Taking one may be fine [if you actually need it], but mixing the wrong combination can lead to more serious problems than you started with. Instead of risking your health and your money, buy nutritious and filling food, is my opinion.

I take a multi-vitamin for women, I also take b12, as well as vitamin E and fish oil (which is suppose to help keep skin from getting saggy as well as I apply bio oil twice a day). I don't do diet supplements manly because I'm cheap and I figure it's a waste of money, but also because my body reacts weird to stuff. If I'm starving between meals I will eat a protein bar and have coffee (caffeine is an appetite suppressant)

Unless a Medical Professional has diagnosed you with a deficiency, I'll just nope on that one. You don't need 'em.

I'm vitamin D deficient for 5 to 7 months of the year - seasonal lack of sunshine, right? It shows up on my blood work so I take a supplement from roughly October through April, give or take.

Don't waste your time or your money. Marketers don't know more about you than your own Doc, do they?

I take a generic multivitmin. Likely I only supercharge my pee. It costs little and can make up if I am short somewhere in my diet.
