"Challenge exercise" logging

Does anyone know how to add squats, crunches, wall sits, planks, and lunges to your activity? I'm doing one of those 30 day challenges and cannot figure out how to add those.

Under exercise, scroll below Cardio and there's a strength section. Not all exercises will be listed, they might have lunges, but not reverse or side lunges, but you can add your own when you click on the "my exercises" tab up top.0
