Exercise Calories

I see that I'm being given exercise calories every day, as I don't log any exercise then I can only assume they're coming from my fitbit surge which I've synched so as to use both dashboards to look at different things like sleep.

The surge is logging my stepcount which I don't log as exercise because they're mostly from dog walking or just moving and I've always walked the dogs regardless of my weight. I also don't log housework as again thats just something I do every day.

So the question is whether I should be eating those exercise calories that MFP is giving me or just ignore them?

If you have negative calories adjustment enabled, then yes.
