100 calorie sandwich thins
Anything else I get is price/need/want dependent. Although last trip snapea crisps were on sale and might make it to my always buy list0 -

Sam's club--
Milk, eggs, egg beaters & whites in carton, canadian bacon, boneless chicken breast, ground beef (90/10), pork (we buy the 20lb one, & cut it up into roasts, chops & bits for stir frying!), whole chickens if I don't feel like cooking that day, salad veg -- lettuce, cukes, tomatoes- but not right now, b/c it lasts too long with my younger daughter @ college- coffee (Folgers ground & hazelnut beans, that we grind at the store-we make our coffee 1/2 plain, 1/2 flavored), my daughters' vitamins, kind bars or other gf protein bars for younger daughter (celiac), slim fast shakes for same (quick breakfast @ college)--
as others say, the list goes on & on0 -
At this exact moment I'm eating organic 'power greens' topped with Olive Garden italian dressing, applewood bacon, avocado and a poached egg. Though the egg is from the grocer. I like free range, which Costco doesn't offer, though they do have 'cage free'.0

Was just there yesterday...bought a bunch of hummus (single serve to send to school with teenage vegetarian, big tub for the fam) and berries (nom nom nom) and these really filling "breakfast rounds" that are 250 calories each, high fiber and decent protein for a baked-good breakfast.
Got a nice new pair of yoga pants and a workout top, too. BECAUSE OF REASONS.0 -

Ooooh those almonds! (might have been the partial cause of my recent "plateau").
I love the Kirkland Chicken Tortilla soup and the white tuna in the 9 pack.
When I lived in norCal the Costco near me had (at the snack counter) yogurt with giant blackberries. So good. The Costco closest to me now, in Fargo, ND has something similar but made with ice cream and strawberries. Not nearly as wonderful. I did try it once of course.
