I've changed my eating habits and I've been exercising six days a week. I've lost a total of 48 pounds. This past week, I worked harder than I ever have....and I gained 2 pounds. Is this normal? Do I need to work harder or should I weigh myself less frequently to keep from going insane?

Change up in exercise leads to water retention
If it's going to drive you mad, yes stop weighing so regularly
Otherwise accept that exercise, sodium and hormones can affect water weight and it's not fat but water

have you adjusted your calories down since your 48 pound loss?
do you use a food scale to weigh everything?
