2 up 1 down, and I think it might be normal!

I just need to throw something out there. I have read so many forums with a lot of conflicting info so sometimes it's a little confusing. General consensus has been when I have asked previously, that I was way under eating (800-1000 cal a day) and that I should slowly up it to around 1800. I have not been able to make it quite that high, but have at least been able to get to a net calorie day of aprox 1400. I have also been doing the 30 day squat challenge, I am on day 19. I know, big deal...well, for me, it IS!. I am 214 pounds and on oxygen 24/7, so all my exercise is a big deal to me. I just bought a kettlebell and have begun doing two circuits of 8 exercises three times a week. Now, my question is.....is it normal to have gained 3 pounds? And then lost one as of today?

I think it may be normal, based on some of the reading I have done, but the weight training or strength training I am doing doesn't seem like much compared to some, so I am just checking...

Hopefully some one will respond to this, as I don't seem to have to much luck in these forums..Thanks!!!
