How to add the exercise on MFP?

i don't know how to add the exercises that I did today :( I'm new here can someone please help

    Click the Exercise tab at the top, then under Cario or Strength, depending on what you did, click Add Exercise and type what you did in the search box (ex. Jumping jacks, running, etc). If there's not a good match, you can browser through the database to see the listed exercises by clicking the Database tab and scrolling through the drop down menu on the right. If the exact exercise isn't there, find the closest match (such as Calisthenics, Circuit Training, etc) and select it, then put in how long your workout was, and MFP will give you an estimated burn.
