Hello, I'm new to LCHF way of nutrition. It has really helped address some health issues and I'm losing weight. However, it would be wonderful to learn from others .

doing low carb but high protein and minimal fats diet. losing fat . Kudos0

Not specifically on a low carb diet but, I do try to avoid carbs when I can. I usually eat wraps instead of sandwiches to reduce carb intake.0

On low carbs with high protein and watching my fat. I eat a lot of veggies and meat and cottage cheese. Apples and berries for my fruit. Protein shakes with milk once a day. My goal is to keep carbs under 130, protein 140-150, and fats highest is 50.0

Be very low carb (<50 grams daily) medium protein and high fat (about 80% of calories) for four months now for pain management. OK with the 20 pound weight loss side effect and BMI dropping under 30 so now I am officially only overweight and NOT obese any longer.0

Doing 20 net carbs a day, medium protein and higher "good fat". Lost 15 in 3 weeks and clothes fit better, and not hungry except when I'm supposed to be in the morning. Not grazing all day anymore. Feel so much better!0
