back into it

I have been off myfitnesspal for awhile but I find I need it. Even though I have been eating healthy and exercising the scale is not moving and all I can think of is maybe I am eating more than I think I am. myfitnesspal will let me know exactly how good or bad I am as long as I am honest with it. I would love any feedback as to why the scale might not be moving. I am following the Clean Eating principles and usually have 3 meals/day and 3 snacks having a good carb and a lean protein at each.
