Hi everyone... I'm really struggling to find a way of cleaning up my diet due to my work. It sounds like a really poor excuse to eat crap but it's not! I work in construction so I'm never around any sort of kitchen equipment as it were lol. So really it's just tips on food I can prepare the night before and take with me on site. Thanks for all the help

Vegetable meat stir frys are great. Might consider a blender bottle and some quality protein drinks too.0

You could invest in a 6-Pack bag or ISOcooler. I cook up my regular meals (veggies, proteins, rice, sweet potatoes, etc) and put them in my 6-pack bag and the insulation keeps them cool all day.0

Sandwiches, cold meat, soup in a thermos, pasta/rice salad0

Beef jerky, protein bars, only drink water, apples. there are many very nice lunch/bento boxes to prepare the night or weekend's worth of food.

tins of tuna, sardines, and a tupperware box of raw veg. Roast a chicken, packs of ham, anything! Crisps. I save a fortune and eat brilliantly at work, no excuses.0

i work in an office but i don't tend to use cooking equipment for my lunch - i'll do wholegrain bagels with salmon, chop up capsicum to munch on, protein bars, quinoa mixed with eggs/avocado/salmon/sweet potato (picj and choose), nakd bars...0

That is a poor excuse. You can find a decent soft shell cooler at walmart or online and get ice packs to keep any prepped food cold. Eating food cold sucks (especially chicken and veggies) but if that's all you've got, you gotta make do

Get thermos brand containers for your soups, pasta, stews and yum box lunch containers
Also 100 days of real food is a great resources because it is all about meals that can be packed for lunch while keeping away from processed stuff
Good luck0
