Hi! I've been flip flopping between eating just a little too much and forgetting to eat all together so since I've used MFP in the past (this will be my sixth round or so tracking) I thought that keeping record of how much/little I'm eating would be beneficial.
I'm a gym goer, heavy lifting preferred- indoor cardio is less appreciated by my knees. I'm hoping to lose around 15# over the next few months and then take a very sunny trip.
I'm hoping to meet people more concerned with the macros and being in tune with how their body feels than how it looks.
