Somebody please explain WW 360 to me

I've looked at the WW website, but I can't get a clear picture how 360 works. I lost about 20 pounds with the Point Plus program and was wondering how it was different. I've gained about 10 of those back because I feel off the wagon, so I need to get going again. Obviously.
