Ta-da!

2014 hated me, given all that it threw at me, and I didn't think I'd ever get back on track towards looking exactly how I wanted, but with a lot of experimenting and hard work I finally cracked it.

As of this afternoon, my body fat percentage is the same as it was a year ago today, but I am 10lbs heavier. I still have a little bit of fat to get rid of, but we're talking two or three pounds at most. I finally look strong and muscular again, like I did the last time I was at the top of my game and my performance has improved dramatically. I'm so glad to have made this much progress and I'm excited to see what new level of athleticism I can reach when I don't have to worry so much about the aesthetic at the same time! :D
