Eating...what's that

Hey everyone.
So my schedule started out in full swing as soon as my classes started and I am in need of a few tips. I work mornings Monday-Friday at a high school. Mon-Wed as soon as I leave work, I am heading over(usually rushing) to class. And then heading home to complete the ever growing pile of homework. I recently was offered an interview at 24 hour fitness so if I get that job...basically eating might become extinct. Just kidding.
I need a few easy to go lunches for when I am running from work to class that I can pretty much eat at my steering wheel but also that will be good for me since I am back at running again. Any suggestions will help!

I make protein shakes with coffee and chocolate milk instead of water to stay alert and get my protein, carbs, fats and calories when I can't eat. You can always drink your meals0

Always have boiled eggs, veggies, hummus, fruit, nuts , and water bottles available. Those are easy to grab and go. If you have a day off, prepare some foods then. Stick some chicken breasts in a crock pot. Make some veggie soup. Grill some turkey burgers. Then tou are ready for another week to begin0

- trail mix with instant oatmeal - really great if you have access to a kettle or hot water of some kind
- hard boiled eggs
- hummus + crackers + veggies
- grapes are an excellent energy boost + super hydrating
- a protein shake in a jar/insulated cup of some kind
- get a thermos, they're the best for soups and stews, or rice or pasta dishes.... basically anything you might eat hot out of a bowl0
