Through 2 high risk pregnancies I gained extra weight I couldn't shake. I tried the 17 day diet post 1st baby & now am using ItWorks products to help tone, tighten & firm. Any other ItWorks lovers out there?

    It's a waste of money. All it does it shed some excess water. You gain the magic weight lost back a day or so later.

    These kind of "quick fixes" (and scams) are not a popular sentiment around here.

    Um, no. Nobody should be using them and if you're breastfeeding you better not.
