    What's wrong with chili cheese dogs? Did you log them? Did you enjoy them?

    Instead of calling it a cheat which implies you did something wrong, just log them and move on with your day. If you go slightly over for the day it's not the end of the world.

    No big deal; just log them and carry on:

    - Log them because you want a record of what you ate, so you can compare it with your results, but
    - carry on because one day won't make a difference. I gained 80 pounds between 1997 and 2008 not because I had a few days when I ate a lot, but because I had many, many days when I ate a little more than I needed.

    I had pizza and was scared to death that it would kill my weight loss. After, going to the gym the next day and getting a pretty good workout. My weight loss was not hurt. I always keep little mints with me and sometimes that helps me when I get hungry for something sweet. Don't worry about it unless you eat 2 chili cheese dogs every single day!!
