new ideas needed
Hi I am Terri and I am 58 or will be next week I just started a low carb hi protein meal plan {I dare not use the D word } I need new Ideas I would like to eat 6 times daily I usually cook daily so that is not a problem I like to cook and cook extra for hubby so he doesn't have to participate I also try to be gluten free if I can Happy to be here
