Not meeting calories?

Is there harm in not meeting your calories? I have been under by about 200 most days, that's including the exercise calories they give. But like today, I am about 500 under my main calorie goal. I am full and dont want/need to eat any more. Its 8:15pm.
Is it ok to be under?

It depends what your starting calories are. If you are on 1200 calories and you're consistently going under by 200-500, then yeah, too low. If your base is 2000ish then a couple hundred calories less shouldn't make a huge difference0
