I need motivation and some advice on how to eat and so easy beginner exercises to do please

Set small reasonable goals that you can reach with some work and effort, but don't have to make yourself miserable to accomplish. Buy a food scale to weigh your food accurately and to help you log correctly. Eat smaller portions of what you have been eating to help you meet your calorie goals. Drink more water to keep from drinking all of your calories. Try walking, swimming, or riding a bike to get you started on losing weight.
