What am I to do?

So I decided to try this app out. I have been using it now for almost four weeks. I have lost some weight but I really struggle with cravings. I get really crabby. I flat asked my husband if he would choose me skinnier or the way I am. He under much pressure. I really had to pull it out of him said a skinnier me. So now I am really unhappy. I'm the only one in the house trying to eat right. The more I am unhappy the more I want certain foods. Then I can start feeling the resentment toward my husband who I made tell me something I thought would motivate me. Well I think it will be my downfall. What am I to do?

Maybe you have set your goal to lose too aggressive plus there is no need to change your diet completely. Eat what you and your husband like but just eat a little less of it. Denying foods that you love create cravings. All foods can be apart of someone's diet, you just need to work it into your diet.0
