How much do I do for muscle gains?

Ok, I run, do burpeees, jumping jacks etc but I just bought a total home gym with leg press a couple weeks ago (I am in love with it!). But I'm wondering how do I determine my nutritional needs ie. protein intake, calories etc. and how many reps or how long should I do it? I'm totally new to this. I want muscle I can see and be proud of.
