    Find healthier solutions :) I have a pizza addiction so I started making my own little pizzas with whole wheat pitas, chicken, fresh pineapple, a little cheese, and tomato sauce. It tastes better anyway!

    And portion control of course.... only have 1/2 cup of rice. Choose lean meats for tacos like chicken or fish and add all of the veggies and salsa that you want!
