How often does everyone weigh in & what time of day should you weigh in. Three days ago I weighed 98 , I checked the scale earlier & now I'm 96 , I don't think I could lose 2 pounds that fast , need answers ?

It's the same as with weight loss, really - usually people do once per week, in the morning before eating/drinking, after using the bathroom.
You probably had 2 pounds of water weight, food weight, etc (sorry).0 -
I figured that was pretty much the reason. I just be so excited to see results it's hard waiting a whole week.0

every morning, average out the results every 7, theres far too many factors to really take daily fluctuations seriously. Look for trends over weeks and months.
