Hi everyone! I'm glad to be here and I look forward to making my goals happen. I've decided to reduce carbs to see if that will work for me. I've never done that before, but I'm hopeful it will help. Today was my first day and it went very well. Tomorrow I'll start logging my meals. I hope you all are doing great and don't forget: this is your life-this is your time!
