Anyone tried a DUP cycle? Had good results?

The theory behind it seems pretty solid.

Undulating periodization is not very effective. You cannot manipulate the curve between stimulation/fatigue and recovery in such a manner as to reach supercompensation if you are working in a different random rep range everyday. If you like a variety of rep ranges, etc... then train with your cycles in blocks or tapers. You could also use a modified block like 5/3/1.
  • I've been doing DUP for about 4 months with excellent results. Before that I was doing Layne Nortons phat workout for about a year. Since starting DUP all of my lifts have increased. I've added about 40lbs to my incline bench, currently 315 for my 1 rep max. Swuats and deadlifts and every other life I've implemented the theory behind DUP has gone up.

Sounds good, Im going to give it a go for a couple of months and see for myself if its something worth continuing with.
