Hello everyone! This is Deepa... into my second week...trying to eat clean...just started but it feels good knowing there are so many like minded people out there...let's encourage each other!!!

  • This is my 2nd day, had the app for a while but never actually did anything with it. Feeling quite good day 2 and still motivated.

  • Hey I'm Lyndsay, I've always struggled with my weight. Right now I'm more concerned about nutrition, hoping that if I focus on putting the good stuff in then it will reflect on my overall energy levels and weight loss. Slimming world and a few friends who are strictly on that is good for food guidance and I'm finding it helpful. The nutrition monitor on MFP is the best feature for me. If I know I need to eat a bit more, it shows me what food group I should choose from. I'm interested to hear what techniques you all use and what motivates you!
