Heyyy! Anyone just starting out?

Hi everyone I just started dieting and exercising today and it's kinda easy but hard at the same time. Well for one I am not coordinated to do any of the really good moves and the only thing in my house is really blueberries so I have been living on that for the past 2 days. I personally have been taking a pill that helps me curve my appetite so with just that in 3 weeks I lost 2 pounds. but hopefully with my new regime I can lose more. Also hopefully I can start an Halifax program when it helps you do all of it and it puts you on a special diet and you are monitored by doctors so it can help. Anyone else has plans on their future plans? Or are you just doing the good old fashioned eat healthy and exercise? If you want help in encouragment let me know.
