Anyone trying dukan diet 2

I thought I would give the dukan diet 2 a shot. It looks like a healthy plan and much more moderate than the original. I am going to do it as a little experiment to see if it works for me...and I'm keen to kick my recent junk food habit!

Anyone else out there doing the same? :smile:

    All I am reading is the Dunkin' Diet...and, yes, i will take a doughnut based diet any day!
