Subway chicken tikka salad bowl

Hi,

Normally when i go to subway i would just get a sandwich as it's filling and easy to track.

This time decided on the salad bowl. The salad bowl was really filling and i could just about manage half. Then i went to check how many calories it was on here and it said about 140. This was pretty surprising because of the amount that was in the salad bowl.

Is 140 correct? or is that just factoring in the lettuce and the chicken tikka and not the rest of the salad.

Thanks in advance.

Did you have it without dressing?

So according to their site (always use the companies site to double check when possible), then salad itself is 140 calories dressing is say 320ish for ranch (depending on what you used).

Hi, i did just that. Had a quick look on http://www.subway.co.uk/menu/salads-and-wraps.aspx so the 140 is not factoring in the rest of the salad. So mine was probably about 600 - 700 with the added salad and the dressing.

    Thanks again.

Yep. I usually check with the website first and if someone had added it here, then it just makes logging it that much easier. That salad is listed as 574 cals then you can add in whatever dressing quantity you used.
