So instead of a New Year's Resolution, I made a New Life Resolution.
From January on, no junk, little processed food, and a commitment to 3-5 workouts per week!
And what do you know? It's going swimmingly! Lost a stone so far and feeling much more energetic, happier, and healthier! Also trying to cut down on my meat and alcohol intake which is helping a lot!
As for exercise, I am absolutely obsessed with FitnessBlender.com! They have loads of free workouts and I especially like the low impact ones because I have trouble jumping (shin splints) and lots of beginners ones to get me going!
Is there anyone else on the same journey as me? I'd like to have a few followers to motivate me to stick with it
