Nutritional Value Accuracy

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could tell me how accurate Nutritional Values are on food packaging (maybe more specifically to the UK).

    There's a tolerance allowed of +/- 20% according to Annex 1 in file:///home/phil/Downloads/Accuracy%20of%20Nutrition%20Labelling%20Survey%20FINAL.pdf which is from Ireland and has some sampling data too.
