Tips?

I am 160lbs and my goal right now is 135. I started using My FitnessPal yesterday and I am finding it hard to stay under my calorie limit. Any tips on eating less or eating healthier? Any good recipes?

    Eat what you like.
    Log your food consistently, honestly, and accurately.
    Stick to your calorie target.
    Be patient.

    Buy a food scale and weigh your food on it. Focus on protein and healthy fats (dairy, oils, nuts, nut butters, avocados) that keep you full longer.
