Trying to lose 1 stone by March, Any tips on doing so?

Not sure how much a stone is, but make sure you're not drinking your calories. Try to not drink anything except water unless you drink a meal like a shake or juicing meal. It's surprising how much calories you can drink without knowing it and I'm not just talking about soda. V8 juice orange juice milk they all have calories that add up. Hope that helps0

Set yourself healthier goals.
A stone is 14 lbs. As you don't have much weight to lose you should only be aiming to lose round 0.5 to 1lb per week.

A stone is 14lbs, it's very hard to lose a stone of fat in a very short time, it is water weight you lose in the first part of any diet. Take it lb at a time to keep it off.0
