Delicious stir-fried chicken soba noodles - 600 calories

This recipe is really really tasty and really fills you up!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
Half tsp sugar
100g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
50g soba noodles
1 large clove of garlic
Half red chilli
Half tablespoon olive oil or groundnut oil
1/4 red pepper
Handful bean sprouts
1 bok choi
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds, briefly toasted in a hot dry wok
Bunch coriander, chopped
Method:
Combine soy sauce, mirin and sugar in a freezer bag, add the chicken, season with salt and pepper and leave to marinade for 1 hour or overnight if possible
Cook the noodles, drain and refresh under cold water
Drain the chicken, reserving the marinade
Heat the oil in a medium wok and fry the chicken for a minute until browned
Add the garlic and chilli and fry for 20 seconds
Add pepper, bean sprouts, bok choi choi and remaining marinade and cook for another 2 minutes
Add the noodles and sesame oil and toss to heat through
