help!!! how to workout butt!?

Squats and lunges I know, but it seems that my butt is getting very defined and hard from the bottom.half. .. Is there something I can do for the upper half? A way to engage those.muscles? Or is it that I just need more fat loss in general?

get under that bar and squat.
Dead lift
split lunges
switch lunges
Bridges
Hammy curls
and yes- continue to lose body fat.0 -
Try weighted good-mornings, stiff legged deadlifts, glue-ham-bridge or raise.0

Are you just doing regular squats and lunges? What about plié squats, curtsy lunges, side lunges, etc. Exercises that work different areas of the lower body.0
