    Set a calorie goal, weigh yourself everyday at the same time with the same variables for a week, if you lose add 150 calories each day, if you gain cut 150 calories and repeat till you find your sweet spot.

    People usually learn to make better food choices while they are losing weight. Once they hit goal weight they simply need to add more calories.
