Hi I'm Louise, 36. I live in the UK. I've just downloaded the MFP app for the first time and I have to say I'm very impressed! I'm a busy mum of 4 and currently weight 13 st 4lb. My goal is to lose 3st hopefully by July. At the beginning of January I joined my local sports centre and I attend 4 days a week. I enjoy going to the gym, doing a Zumba style fitness class and Aqua jog. But the activity I'm enjoying the most is squash. I've never played it before and I am thoroughly enjoying it. I never thought I'd ever enjoy sport and I'm loving the challenge of learning how to play. Diet wise I'm following a slimming world style diet that I have customised to include extra nuts seeds and dried fruit without going over my 1780 calorie allowance. I'm hoping that this is a good start to begin my weightloss/fitness journey. I'd love to hear from people in a similar situation who are going through or have been through this experience. Any tips and advice would be gratefully received.
