Guys just had to share! I had a 4oz piece of baked tilapia, 1/2 cup white rice, 1 cup asparagus and 1 baby grand biscuit and I'm full! Food is my enemy and we are trying to get along but for 415 total cals this will be my dinner often lol. Please share your low cal REAL meals with me please. I struggle in this area :0)

Glad you had a nice dinner, it sounds well balanced and tasty.
I make a vegan chili that my whole family likes and is low calorie and high in protein and fiber. I use the "veggie crumbles" made by Morningstar or Gardein, lots of beans, and tomatoes, bell peppers, and my own spice blend (the packets have slightly more calories because of added sugar, etc) It's about 200-225 calories per serving, and if you want to make it vegetarian rather than vegan, I also like to add a dollop of plain greek yogurt and/or melt a thin slice of cheese (like those ultra thin Sargento 45 cal slices of Cheddar) on top. You can get a nice, balanced, FILLING meal for 300 calories all in!0
