I've had three weeks now to use this app. I've learned a lot about my eating habits, the good, the bad and the fatty. Now it's time for a sifting a shifting of meals and deals..I coupon and bargain shop. My family is in for a real nice treat. Hearty, hearty is the way if we want to live a healthy life fruits and vegetables should be on our plates each meal of the day.

It is sad how quickly 1200-1300 calories goes, unless you add the fruits and veggies. I have been making zucchini noodles and sauteeing them with garlic. 2 whole zucchinis have about 100 calories. I get a whole plateful for 230 calories, and that is with oil, garlic, and pepper. SO tasty. Love a sweet potato too, and a pot of veggie soup. I think it is time to go eat something lol. Good luck with the shopping, and congrats on 3 weeks of logging!0
