What is the Body Jam Experience?

Some friends on FB are posting about it. And it seems as if it might be a personalized meal and workout plan designed following a consultation with a personal trainer. I mean, that's what is implied, and that sounds pretty good. But when asked what it is, they always just give the contact info. Anybody have any experience with this and know what it is or why they might not just say it?

The only BodyJam I know of is the Les Mills workout class that's kind of like Zumba.
Are you meaning something like TurboJam? It's a beachbody thing, they never come out and say they're selling beachbody, it's always just "contact me for more info" kinda thing.

ETA: Beachbody has "coaches", workouts, shakes, and often a diet plan. I don't know a ton about it, sounds like some of the DVDs are pretty good but I think the "coaches" are a sort of pyramid scheme setup.

No. But thanks for trying to help out. I finally figured out what it is. But, I don't want to say because I'm actually trying it out, and I don't want to get hit for advertising or whatever . . . .
