Not loosing weight or belly pouch

hi, I have been doing 30min elliptical trainer since one month, I lost only one pound weight, I am eating healthy and staying under 1200 calories. I also have big belly pouch, how can I stress more on my belly? Please give me advice

    stead state cardio only goes so far....it won't get rid of the stubborn fat. you may be eating too few calories and your metabolism is shutting down

    Why are you eating under 1200 calories? Do you use a food scale to weigh your food?
  • Your body is probably already used to the steady rate of cardio from elliptical training. You'll probably want to mix it up with some more intense cardio to get more results.

    As for losing belly fat, there's no "spot treatment" for getting rid of fat. As long as you keep exercising, your body will eventually decide to remove fat from that area naturally, but it takes time.
