"Strongest version of myself"

Currently under construction.

I've always had pretty physically demanding jobs and my nutrition was never a factor as long as I ate SOMETHING. My weight always hovered between 175-185lbs @ 6'1"

I finally decided make a change and switch to organic and non- GMO food sources. Eating plentiful as well as basic barbell training with compound excersises has had an extraordinary impact on my life. After 3 months of trial and error, and just tryin to grasp a basic understanding of excersise and nutrition I'm currently at a good foundation of 210lbs.

Congratulations! Though you can eat plenty healthy on just normal foods, things can get pretty expensive. I would like to have enough money left over to buy clothes to hang off my hard earned physique so I budget to spend £86 a week for food for my son and I. I get excited when I buy tins of sardines for 55p that have 20g of protein, 195 calories, are packed with omega 3 and no Mercury like tuna has.
