    I find them at Sprouts/Trader Joe's in the refrigerated nakery area. They might have them at Whole Foods but I have never looked.

    I grocery shop a couple of times a week for my family of four (making an extra trip or two is better than having unused produce go bad)

    apples (Spartan and Red Delicious)
    crimini mushrooms
    tomatoes
    avocado
    2 packages of cole-slaw
    7% sour cream
    Smart lasagna noodles
    1% cottage cheese
    mozzarella cheese
    cheddar cheese
    diced tomatoes (salt-free)
    canned black beans
    canned chick peas
    rice crackers
    baked wheat thins
    package of 9 chicken thighs
    extra lean ground beef (two packages of about 1 1/2 pounds each)
