I went to a Chinese buffet with my bf ... and it was delicious!! Not one regret at all. Had a wonderful time with him. :drinker:0

A simple Pasta Salad for a meatless Monday:
Whole wheat fusilli
Tinned tomatoes
Chickpeas
Kidney beans
Sweet corn
Peas
Aubergine
Pumpkin seeds
..and whatever else I find in the kitchen!0 -
We have leftover sausage from this weekend, so I'm cooking some of that up with some eggs and hash browns for the boyfriend. I'll probably have plain eggs and some hash browns with a salad.0

For the first time in weeks I have no idea. I failed to meal plan for this week! I'll probably end up doing pan-grilled lemon chicken and a salad because the chicken is what will thaw fastest. Might do pesto tortellini, though. Ack. I should think about this.
ETA: Combined my ideas. I'll be having tortellini and grilled chicken in pesto sauce with a simple side salad. Whew, disaster averted.0 -
Last night we took advantage of unseasonably warm temperatures to fire up the outdoor grill - grilled salmon, brussel sprouts, carrots and cauliflower.
Tonight we have several errands and won't get home until very late so we'll be dining out.0 -

So far veggie plate - peppers, celery, cucumber, tomatoes and sugar snap peas with Caesar yogurt dip. One of my fave meals, even when I wasn't trying to lose weight. But I will probably have something after to add in some protein, maybe a chicken cordon bleu chicken sausage.0
