What are some good ideas/recipes to use juicer pulp in?

Looking for anything, but particularly interested in gluten free breads, muffins, breakfast bar ideas.

    I use the juicer pulp with flax and soaked chia seeds to make crackers in the dehydrater I add either rosemary and thyme or go mexican with chili powder and cummin I also have used the pulp in my veggie meatloaf.
