I have done this eating plan in the past and I loved it! I have also moved since I did it last and I cannot find my book. I am wondering if you can can fill me in if I am missing anything important. This is what I can remember from when I did it previously. I tried looking on google and I have found a lot of different answers as to what is allowed- so I figured I would come here and ask!!
14 days
3 meals per day and 2 snacks
NO:
breads
rice
potatoes
fruits (of any kind)
carrots
peas and any other high starch veggie
YES:
lean meats
seafood
certain veggies
eggs
nuts- one serving allowed per day
reduced fat cheese
Allowed to have 75 calories per day of sugar free deserts/ treats per day
I was not sure about the dairy other than reduced fat cheese, things like cottage cheese or skim milk, or low-fat yogurt?
What am I missing here? Please help :happy: THANKS!
