Can we replace honey for sugar

    What are you making? I think a lot of times it just depends. I've been successful at using it as a substitute in banana bread. You just have to add more dry ingredients.

    Honey is twice as sweet. So if it calls for 1 cup of sugar use 1/2 cup honey or a little less. You might have to adjust the liquid/ dry ingredients but a lot of the time it's just fine.
