Weight loss/gain this week: Weight gain which is why I joined today. I am just getting started with this challenge 2/8. Decided to try something new because my numbers have been going up! Looking forward to them going the other way!
Weight loss/gain so far this month:

Struggles/successes this week: Every time I would say to myself I am going on a diet I would binge and gain a crazy 7 pounds. I am new to this site but, do enjoy challenges. I am only on day 2 of healthy basics. I am struggling with strong cravings of sweets and carbs. Good luck everyone.
