Sport with ritalin?

Hi there, I'm taking Ritalin LA (8 hours) daily, and I was wondering if I can use it while having an exercise . Is it safe?
Sometimes I feel like my heartbeat rate is a little high because of the Ritalin so I'm not sure if putting extra pressure is good or bad.

    Are we talking Ritalin as in the ADHD drug?

    if i took it as a kid for a few years before removing myself from the drug (went unmedicated instead as i didn't like the "zombie" effect it gave me) if, and a rather big if, i remember correctly it shouldn't affect anything however you should check with a DR first as they will be the only ones that will know for sure and know your conditions and be able to advise you.
