Hello, I wondered if somebody can help me. I've tracked exercise for the day 1 45 min zumba class, and 30 mins brisk walking. The database has basically given me an extra 600 calories to eat. Will I lose weight if I eat them? Thanks.

That's how this tool is designed - if your calorie estimates are correct then yes you will still lose weight at the rate you have chosen.

In theory you should lose if you set MFP to a certain loss and then upped your allowance by exercising. Personally I never eat back ALL the extra cals, since I calculate with an error-margin both in my logging cals and how hard I´v actually worked out. So I tend to overestimate my food and underestimate my workout a Little bit. Works fine for me. I´m losing slowly but surely ;-)0
